11.2. Rotary fists
THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

At installation it is necessary to use new nuts of the spherical hinge of steering draught, the bottom spherical hinge and tightening a bolt and a nut of a rotary fist.


Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a cap of a nave of a wheel, take R-shaped скобу.
2. Remove a head of blocking from a lock nut of a power shaft. Ослабьте a power shaft nut on the car standing on wheels. Also ослабьте bolts of fastening of a wheel.
3. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a corresponding forward wheel.
4. On the cars equipped ABS, unscrew a bolt of fastening of the gauge established on a wheel of the car and take the gauge from a rotary fist.
5. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a power shaft.
6. Unscrew a nut, крепящую steering bent for to a rotary fist and take the spherical hinge of steering draught from a rotary fist. For extraction of the spherical hinge of steering draught from a rotary fist it is necessary to use a universal stripper of spherical hinges.
7. Remove a brake disk.
8. If it is necessary, unscrew bolts of fastening of a suspension bracket (are specified by arrows) to the top part of a rotary fist.
9. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the bottom spherical hinge and take a pin of the spherical hinge from the bottom lever.
10. Unscrew a nut and take tightening a bolt of a rack of a rotary fist, noticing that the bolt is established from the back party of the car. At installation it is necessary to use new tightening a bolt and a nut.
11. Remove a rotary fist from the end of a rack and with шлицов a power shaft. Remove it from the car. If the rotary fist densely sits on the bottom part of a rack, use the big screw-driver for a release of a clip of a rotary fist.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Be convinced that шлицы on the external end of a power shaft and grooves in a nave the pure. Pull a nave over power shaft grooves.
2. Pull a rotary fist over the bottom part of a rack of a suspension bracket, levelling a crack in a rotary fist with a ledge on the rack end. Insert new tightening a bolt from the back party of the car, screw on a bolt a nut and tighten the demanded moment.
3. Combine the bottom spherical hinge with the bottom lever and fix it with use of a new nut.
4. Connect the spherical hinge of steering draught to a rotary fist and fix a new nut.
5. Establish a brake disk.
6. On the models equipped ABS, establish the gauge of rotation of a wheel.
7. Grease an internal part and a carving of a nut of fastening of a power shaft with pure engine oil and screw a nut on a power shaft. Fix a nut of fastening of a power shaft the demanded moment. Check up that the nave rotates freely, establish a head of blocking of a nut of a power shaft so that one of safety locks was combined with an aperture of a power shaft and fix its R-shaped скобой.
8. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
