Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove forward wheels.
2. Remove side scenes of the stabilizer of cross-section stability.
3. Unscrew a nut and a bolt of fastening of a back engine mount and a transmission. Unscrew a nut and a bolt of fastening of a suspension bracket to the bottom frame. Remove a suspension bracket.
4. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the left bottom spherical hinge to the bottom lever and take the spherical hinge from the lever. Similarly unscrew the spherical hinge from the right lever.
5. Unscrew bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism. Release pipes and hoses of a steering drive with the amplifier from fastenings on the bottom frame.
6. Check up that all wires and hoses which fastened to the bottom frame, are removed from it.
7. Establish a jack with бруском under the bottom frame for its deduction at removal.
8. Unscrew 4 bolts of fastening of the bottom frame, lower it downwards and take from under the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
2. Consider following moments:
     – Use new nuts of fastening of a side scene and spherical шарнирных connections;
     – Bolts and nuts tighten the demanded moment;
     – If necessary make adjustment of corners of installation of wheels.
