Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a corresponding back wheel.
2. On cars with ABS unscrew a bolt of fastening of the gauge established on a wheel, and take it from a pin.
3. Remove a back nave of a wheel.
4. Using a G-shaped clip, press a brake hose in a place closest to the working brake cylinder.
5. Clear traces of a dirt round connection of a brake tube to the working brake cylinder. Unscrew a connecting nut and take a brake tube from the brake cylinder.
6. Disconnect a cable of a drive of a manual brake. Unscrew 4 bolts of fastening of a brake board in gathering to a pin and remove a board from the car.
7. Establish a jack under the external end of the bottom lever and lift a jack so that the back spring was slightly compressed.
8. Unscrew a nut and release a side scene of the stabilizer of cross-section stability from a pin.
9. Unscrew a nut and remove the spherical hinge of the directing lever from a rotary pin.
10. Unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening of external hinges of the bottom and top lever.
11. Unscrew a nut and take a bolt of fastening of bent for to a pin. Remove a pin from the car.
12. Check up a condition of a pin and, in the presence of defects, replace it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At pin installation it is necessary to use only new nuts. Grease шарнирные bolts and surfaces of contact of a suspension bracket with nuts universal lubricant Molykote Q Rapide Plus.
2. Establish a pin into place, insert external шарнирные bolts of fastening of a pin to the top and bottom lever and a draught bolt. Screw a hand on bolts new nuts.
3. Establish a side scene of the stabilizer of cross-section stability and the spherical hinge of the directing lever. Fix new nuts, tightening their demanded moment.
4. Establish a brake board in gathering on a pin and tighten bolts of fastening of a board the demanded moment.
5. Establish a nave on a pin.
6. Connect a brake pipe to the working brake cylinder and tighten a nut of fastening by the demanded moment. Remove a clip from a brake hose and remove air from brake system.
7. On models with ABS establish the gauge of rotation of a wheel on a rotary pin.
8. Establish a back wheel and lower the car. Shake the car that all elements of a suspension bracket have risen on the places. Tighten nuts of fastening top both bottom шарнирных bolts and a bolt of fastening of draught the demanded moment.
