Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a corresponding forward wheel.
2. Unscrew a nut and take the bottom spherical hinge from the bottom lever.
3. Unscrew шарнирный a fastening bolt (it is specified by an arrow) forward part of the bottom lever.
4. Unscrew 2 bolts (are specified by arrows) fastenings of the plug of installation of a back part of the bottom lever to the bottom frame.
5. Take the bottom lever from under the car.

Repair

Replacement of the forward plug of a point of turn and back suspension bracket of installation demands use of a hydraulic press, a stripper for bearings and a frame. Therefore this work it is necessary to carry out THAT at station.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the bottom lever of a dirt and an anticorrosive covering.
2. Check up the lever on presence of cracks, distortions of the form or any other defects.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish the bottom lever into place, insert forward шарнирный a bolt and screw on it a nut, without clamping definitively.
2. Establish the back plug of a point of turn of the lever and fix its bolts, having tightened their demanded moment.
3. Establish the bottom spherical hinge of a rotary fist in the bottom lever. Tighten the spherical hinge a new nut, having tightened its demanded moment.
4. Establish a wheel and lower the car. Shake the car that all elements of a suspension bracket have fallen into place. Definitively tighten a nut of fastening forward шарнирного a bolt of the bottom lever the demanded moment.
5. If necessary check up corners of installation of forward wheels.
