11.4. A forward rack

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports. Remove a corresponding forward wheel.
2. Disconnect electric wires and hoses from a rack.
3. Unscrew bolts of fastening and release a suspension bracket of installation from a rotary fist.
4. Unscrew a nut of fastening of the bottom spherical hinge and take the spherical hinge from the bottom lever.
5. Unscrew a nut of fastening of a side scene of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to a rack and separate a side scene from a rack.
6. Unscrew a nut of a tightening bolt of a rotary fist.
7. Take tightening a bolt of fastening of a rack to a rotary fist. For prevention of lowering of a rotary fist with a nave at rack removal adhere a wire the bottom lever or a nave to the bottom frame.
8. Take a rack from a rotary fist. If the rack sits densely in a rotary fist, using the big screw-driver, unclench a clip of a rotary fist.
9. In a motor compartment remove a protective plastic cap from the top part of a forward rack.
10. Unscrew 3 bolts of the top fastening of a forward rack.
11. Take a rack from under a wheel arch. Temporarily arrange the bottom spherical hinge of a rotary fist in the bottom lever.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish a forward rack into place so that the adjusting pin of a plate of the top fastening has correctly settled down in a corresponding aperture. Combine the bottom end of a rack with a rotary fist. Thus it is necessary to combine a crack in a clip of a rotary fist with a ledge on the rack end.
2. Screw the top bolts of fastening of a rack and tighten their demanded moment.
3. Be convinced that the bottom part of a rack is precisely combined with a rotary fist. Insert tightening a bolt from the back party of the car and fix its new nut.
4. Screw the bottom spherical hinge of a rotary fist on the bottom lever.
5. Connect a side scene of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to a rack.
6. Fix electric wires and hoses on a rack arm.
7. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
