PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On all models combine apertures in pulleys of distributive and cranked shaft. Apertures are used to fix коленвал and a cam-shaft and to prevent impact of pistons about the valve at installation on a former place of a gear belt or a head of the block of cylinders. Fixing of pulleys is made by installation in the combined apertures of corresponding cores.
2. Remove a casing of a gear belt.
3. Lift a forward part of the car and remove the right wheel.
4. For access to a bolt of fastening of a pulley on коленвалу remove a sheeting from a wing. Коленвал it is possible to rotate only in a direction of its working rotation.

5. Turn коленвал before aperture combination in a pulley of a cam-shaft with an aperture in a head of the block of cylinders. Apertures are combined when the aperture of a pulley of a cam-shaft is in a position of 8 hours.
6. Establish in an aperture of a pulley of a cam-shaft a core in diameter of 8 mm (it is specified by an arrow). Thus the aperture in a pulley коленвала should be combined with an aperture in the block of cylinders of the engine into which also it is necessary to insert a core in diameter of 8 mm. Probably, for core installation in a pulley коленвала it is necessary to tighten a little коленвал.
7. As soon as the pulley коленвала is fixed by a core, establish in an aperture of a pulley of a cam-shaft a core in diameter of 9,5 mm.
8. Коленвал and a cam-shaft now are fixed in the position preventing their rotation.
Models with volume of the engine 1.8 and 2.0 litres
9. Turn a pulley коленвала before combination of apertures in pulleys of cam-shafts with corresponding apertures in a head of the block of cylinders. Apertures are combined, when an aperture of a pulley of a cam-shaft of inlet valves are in a position of 5 hours, and the aperture of a pulley of a cam-shaft of final valves – in a position of 7 hours if to look on the right side of the engine.
10. After combination of apertures of pulleys of cam-shafts into a pulley коленвала insert a core or a bolt in diameter of 6 mm. In some engines diameters of apertures can be changed, therefore it is necessary to pick up a core of such diameter that it densely entered into an aperture.
11. After fixing коленвала a core fix pulleys of cam-shafts corresponding cores (fig. Cores of fixing of pulleys of a cam-shaft and коленвала (engines in volume of 1.8 and 2.0 litres see).
12. After installation of cores коленвал and a cam-shaft are fixed from проворачивания.
