3.1.6. A casing of a gear belt Removal

MODELS OF ENGINES IN VOLUME OF 1.6 LITRES

PERFORMANCE ORDER
The top casing
1. Remove hoses of giving of fuel from clips of the top casing.
2. Unscrew two bolts of fastening located in the basis of a casing, and take a casing from a motor compartment.
The central casing
3. Unscrew two bolts of fastening of the central casing, located in the bottom part of a casing, move a casing upwards to release it from two adjusting pins located in the basis of a casing, and remove it from a motor compartment.
The bottom casing
4. Remove a pulley коленвала.
5. Remove the central casing.
6. Unscrew two bolts of fastening of the bottom casing and remove it.
The prevention

On some models probably it is required to unscrew a bolt of fastening of knot of the mechanism of a tension приводного a belt and to remove it from the engine that it was possible to remove a casing of a gear belt.

MODELS OF ENGINES IN VOLUME OF 1.8 AND 2.0 LITRES

PERFORMANCE ORDER
The top casing
1. Unscrew the top and bottom bolts of fastening of the top external casing to the internal. Take the top casing upwards.
The bottom casing
2. Remove a pulley коленвала.
3. Remove the top external casing. Unscrew three bolts of fastening of the bottom casing of a gear belt from the engine.
The prevention

On some models probably it is required to unscrew a bolt of fastening of knot of the mechanism of a tension приводного a belt and to remove it from the engine that it was possible to remove a casing of a gear belt.
The top internal casing
4. Remove a gear belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism.
5. Remove pulleys from both cam-shafts.
6. Unscrew six bolts of fastening of an internal casing to a head of the block of cylinders and remove an internal casing from the engine.

Installation

Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
