3.1.16. Replacement of consolidations of a cranked shaft
PERFORMANCE ORDER
The right consolidation коленвала
1. Remove a pulley коленвала and a gear belt of a drive. Measure depth of installation of consolidation.
2. Drill in consolidation two small apertures, located in the opposite ends of consolidation. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled apertures of consolidation and, using flat-nose pliers, extend for heads of screws a sealing ring.
3. Clear a consolidation nest.
4. Grease with pure engine oil working edges of a new sealing ring and establish it on коленвал. Working edges of a new sealing ring should be directed inside.
5. Using corresponding оправку, press a sealing ring into a nest on the depth equal to depth of installation of an old sealing ring.
6. Remove all traces of engine oil and establish a pulley коленвала.

7. Remove a flywheel. Measure depth of installation of a sealing ring in a nest.
8. Drill in consolidation two small apertures, located in the opposite ends of consolidation. Screw in two self-cutting screws in the drilled apertures of consolidation and, using flat-nose pliers, extend for heads of screws a sealing ring.
9. Clear a consolidation nest.
10. Grease with pure engine oil working edges of a new sealing ring and establish it on коленвал. Working edges of a new sealing ring should be directed inside.
11. Using corresponding оправку press a sealing ring into a nest on the depth equal to depth of installation of an old sealing ring.
12. Remove all traces of engine oil and establish a flywheel.
