3.1.17. A flywheel Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Models with a mechanical transmission
1. Remove a transmission and coupling.
2. Fix a flywheel from проворачивания, having established a clamp on a gear wreath of a flywheel.
3. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel. In the presence of a directing pin take it and store together with a flywheel. Bolts of fastening of a flywheel are always replaced with the new.
Models with an automatic transmission
4. Remove a transmission. Note a hydrotransformer arrangement in relation to a flywheel and ослабьте bolts of fastening of a flywheel.
5. Remove bolts of fastening of a flywheel together with the hydrotransformer and two linings. Pay attention that linings have a various thickness, thicker is on hydrotransformer lateral aspect.
6. Remove a flywheel with коленвала. In the presence of a directing pin take it and store together with a flywheel.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. On models with a mechanical transmission check up a flywheel on deterioration from outside couplings and a condition of teeths of a gear wreath. At deterioration of a gear wreath the flywheel is subject to replacement since the gear wreath is not delivered separately.
2. On models with an automatic transmission check up a condition of a drive of the hydrotransformer and a gear wreath.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Models with a mechanical transmission
1. Clear interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and коленвала. Remove the rests of hermetic from carving apertures коленвала, using a tap.
2. If new bolts not covered with hermetic before installation on a carving part of bolts put hermetic are used.
3. Establish directing pin in a nest and establish a flywheel, having combined apertures in a flywheel with a directing pin.
4. Fix a flywheel from проворачивания and screw in fastening bolts.
5. Establish coupling and remove a clamp of blocking of a flywheel. Establish a transmission.
Models with an automatic transmission
6. Clear interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and коленвала. Remove the rests of hermetic from carving apertures коленвала, using a tap. If the new bolts which have been not covered with hermetic before installation on a carving part of bolts put hermetic are used.
7. Establish directing pin in a nest and establish a flywheel, having combined apertures in a flywheel with a directing pin.
8. Establish a drive of the hydrotransformer with more thin lining placed behind a drive, and thicker lining from an outer side. Level it on the labels made at removal.
9. Establish new bolts of fastening and tighten their corresponding moment.
10. Remove a clamp of blocking of a flywheel and establish a transmission.
