5.2.19. Removal and installation турбонагнетателя
THE GENERAL DATA

The prevention

On engines in volume of 1.9 litres турбонагнетатель can be removed from the engine established on the car. On engines of 2.1 litres in connection with limitation of space турбонагнетатель can be removed only from the engine which has been removed from the car.


Removal

ENGINES IN VOLUME OF 1.9 LITRES

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Tighten a manual brake, lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
2. Disconnect a reception exhaust pipe from турбонагнетателя.
3. Unscrew a nut and remove bringing oil pipe from the top part турбонагнетателя.
4. Unscrew two bolts and disconnect a flange returnable маслопровода from the basis турбонагнетателя. Remove a lining.
5. Separate an entrance aperture and a pipe of an exit from турбонагнетателя. Close an aperture турбонагнетателя a pure rag.
6. Unscrew nuts of fastening of the stabilizer of cross-section stability to распоркам suspension brackets.
7. Unscrew the bottom coupling bolt of a suspension bracket of the terminator of a course, then unscrew a nut and a bolt of fastening of a suspension bracket to the bottom frame and remove a suspension bracket.
8. Make labels on intermediate to a shaft and a gear wheel of steering transfer. Unscrew tightening a bolt and a nut.
9. Establish a suitable wooden bar under the bottom frame to support the bottom frame at lowering.
10. Unscrew four bolts of fastening of the bottom frame and lower the bottom frame approximately on 300 mm to a tension of flexible hoses of steering transfer.
11. Unscrew two bottom bolts of fastening турбонагнетателя.
12. Supporting турбонагнетатель, unscrew the top bolt of fastening турбонагнетателя and remove a lining.
13. Lower турбонагнетатель and remove from under the car.

ENGINES IN VOLUME OF 2.1 LITRES

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the power unit.
2. Unscrew a nut and remove bringing oil pipe from the top part турбонагнетателя.
3. Unscrew two bolts and disconnect a flange returnable маслопровода from the basis турбонагнетателя. Remove a lining.
4. Unscrew a suspension bracket bolt турбонагнетателя.

5. Unscrew three bolts, крепящие турбонагнетатель to an underside of a final collector (are specified by arrows).

6. Remove турбонагнетатель from a collector.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
2. Consider following moments:
      – At installation new турбокомпрессора replace oil and the filter;
      – On engines of 1.9 litres do not connect bringing oil pipe before installation of both ends of a pipe;
      – On engines of 1.9 litres tighten bolts of fastening of the bottom frame the corresponding moment;
      – On engines of 2.1 litres establish the power unit;
      – Before engine start provide oil circulation, having disconnected the electromagnetic valve of a stop of the engine and turning the engine a starter some times for 10 seconds.
