The indicator of hour type with an adapter, established on fuel pump Bosch

The prevention

For check and adjustment carrying out it is necessary to use the indicator of hour type and adapter Peugeot № 0117АК.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. If the moment of injection of the pump is checked on the pump established on the engine, after pump installation on a former place remove the negative plug of the accumulator and close the generator of an alternating current a pure fabric or a polyethylene bag not to admit hit in the fuel generator.
2. Remove pipelines of atomizers.
3. Establish the mechanism timing before combination of adjusting apertures, then turn коленвал on a turn quarter counter-clockwise.
4. On the pump unscrew a stopper located in a back part of the fuel pump, in the centre between connections of pipelines of atomizers.
5. Instead of a stopper screw in an adapter with the indicator of hour type. Establish a measuring tip of the indicator in the middle of a course and reliably tighten a counternut (fig. the Indicator of hour type with an adapter, established on fuel pump Bosch see).
6. Slowly rotate коленвал in both parties and observe of an indicator arrow to define that the piston of the fuel pump is in the bottom dead point. After piston installation establish an arrow of the indicator on a zero.
7. Slowly rotate коленвал in a working direction until the blocking core коленвала cannot be established.
8. The value shown on the indicator, should be equally set in technical characteristics. If it is necessary to make adjustment, ослабьте forward both back nuts and bolts of fastening and slowly rotate the pump case until while the indicator will not show demanded value then tighten bolts and nuts of fastening of the pump.
9. Turn коленвал on 1 and 3/4 of turn in a working direction of its rotation and, slowly turning коленвал every which way, establish the indicator of hour type on a zero.
10. Slowly turn коленвал in a working direction of its rotation until a blocking core it will be possible to block коленвал. Repeatedly check up the value measured by the indicator of hour type.
11. If it is necessary to make repeated adjustment, ослабьте nuts and bolts of fastening of the pump and repeat earlier described actions.
12. When the moment of injection of fuel is adjusted, unscrew an adapter and remove the indicator of hour type.
13. Establish instead of an adapter заглушку and reliably it tighten.

14. Establish pipelines of atomizers, connect the accumulator and remove air from fuel system.
