Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Luggage carrier cover

1. Open a cover of a luggage carrier and remove the negative plug from the accumulator.

2. Remove percussion caps of fastening of furnish of a cover of a luggage carrier.

3. Remove furnish.

4. Remove скобы fastenings from a protective cover of electric wires on a luggage carrier cover.

5. Disconnect a sheeting of electric wires from the hinge of a cover of a luggage carrier.

6. Disconnect electric sockets from electric knots in a luggage carrier cover, marking their arrangement. Adhere to the ends of wires a cord and take a plait of wires from a luggage carrier cover. Untie a cord from electric wires, leaving it in a luggage carrier cover.

7. A marker note position of hinges on a luggage carrier cover. Unscrew bolts (fastenings of hinges are specified by arrows) and uncover a luggage carrier.

8. For unscrewing of hinges of a cover of a luggage carrier from a body it is necessary to remove a back shelf in salon of the car and to unscrew a bolt of fastening of the hinge (it is specified by an arrow).

9. Using a small screw-driver, remove скобы fastenings and disconnect spherical hinges of a rack from a body and a luggage carrier cover.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

Luggage carrier cover

1. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. Thus it is necessary to combine hinges of fastening of a cover of a luggage carrier with earlier made labels.

2. Close a cover of a luggage carrier and check up uniformity of a backlash on perimetre of a luggage carrier and if necessary make its adjustment, weakening bolts of fastening of hinges of a cover of a luggage carrier. After adjustment tighten fastening bolts.
