12.11. Doors

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the negative plug from the accumulator.
Forward door
2. If at doors there are any electric elements, remove an upholstery of a door and a protective film.
3. Disconnect sockets from electric elements and скоб fastenings. Remove a rubber condensing ring from a door first line. Take from a door electroconducting.
4. A pencil or a felt-tip pen note position of each hinge of a door concerning a door for simplification of its further installation and adjustment.
5. Unscrew bolts of fastening of an emphasis of a door to a rack (a photo at the left) and remove a rubber cover (a photo on the right).
6. Supporting a door, unscrew bolts of fastening of the hinge and remove a door.
7. If it is necessary to replace hinges of opening of a door, a marker note their position on a door, unscrew bolts and remove hinges.
8. Establish new hinges according to earlier made labels and screw their bolts.
Back door
9. Open a forward door for access to a socket of electroconducting of a back door. Turn a ring of blocking of a socket counter-clockwise and remove a socket from a door.
10. A pencil note position of each hinge concerning a door. Unscrew bolts (fastenings of an emphasis of a door to a rack are specified by arrows) and remove a rubber protective cover. Supporting a door, unscrew bolts of fastening of the hinge and remove a door.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Forward door
1. Establish a door into place and fix hinges bolts. Combine hinges with earlier made labels and tighten bolts the demanded moment.
2. Establish a rubber protective cover on an emphasis of a door and screw an emphasis on a rack.
3. Connect electric sockets. Establish on a door a protective film and an upholstery.
4. Check up installation of a door and, if necessary, adjust.
Back door
5. Establish a door and fix hinges bolts. Combine hinges with earlier made labels and tighten bolts the demanded moment. Establish a rubber cover on an emphasis of a door and screw an emphasis on a rack. Connect an electric socket to a door and fix its ring of blocking.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Close a door and check up its alignment with body panels. If it is necessary to make small adjustment, ослабьте bolts of fastening of hinges. Moving hinges on a rack, adjust position of a door and tighten bolts of fastening of hinges.
