Removal, installation and tension check приводного a belt is made the same as and at cars with petrol engines, except for cars with the conditioner.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Removal
1. Disconnect the negative plug from the accumulator.
2. Tighten a manual brake and lift a forward part of the car. Remove the right forward wheel.
3. Unscrew screws, disconnect скобы and remove a protective arch from under the right forward wing for access reception to a bolt of a pulley of a cranked shaft. If necessary remove a forward mudguard.
4. Ослабьте a bolt of fastening of the clown of a tension pulley (fig. the Mechanism of a tension auxiliary приводного a belt (model with the conditioner see)).
5. Insert the bent 7,0 mm a square core into a square aperture of the clown of the mechanism of a tension.
6. Using a core, turn эксцентриковый the mechanism of a tension before combination of apertures in an arm of a pulley of the mechanism of a tension and in a suspension bracket behind an arm. After combination of apertures establish in them a corresponding core (bolt М8 or a core in diameter of 8 mm).
7. With the fixed mechanism of a tension turn the clown before full easing of a belt. Remove a belt.
Installation and tension
8. Establish приводной a belt round pulleys in a following order:
      – The conditioner compressor;
      – коленвал;
      – A pulley of the mechanism of a tension;
      – The pump of the amplifier of a steering;
      – The alternating current generator;
      – эксцентриковый a pulley of the mechanism of a tension.
9. Check up correctness of installation of a belt on pulleys.
10. Turn эксцентриковый a pulley of the mechanism of a tension to приводному to a belt, it is not removed yet фиксакция. Without changing position эксцентрикового a pulley of the mechanism, tension tighten a fastening bolt.
11. Remove a bolt of fixing of an arm and turn коленвал on four turns in a direction of its working rotation.
12. Check up соосность apertures in an arm of the mechanism of a tension and an installation suspension bracket, repeatedly inserting a bolt.
13. Connect a negative wire to the accumulator, establish an arch of a wheel and a mudguard. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
