3.2.5. A pulley of a cranked shaft Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove auxiliary приводной a belt.
2. For fixing коленвала the engine from проворачивания the assistant should include the fourth transfer and press against the stop a foot brake or remove a starter and fix a gear wreath of a flywheel (the tool for fixing of a gear flywheel is specified by an arrow). At this time ослабьте a bolt of fastening of a pulley коленвала. A bolt of fastening of a pulley it is necessary to use always the new.
3. Unscrew a bolt and remove a pulley with коленвала. If the pulley is established on sliding landing on коленвал with application шпонки or a pin, remove them. If a pulley напрессован on коленвал, remove it by means of a stripper.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Establish segment шпонку in a flute коленвала and establish a pulley on коленвал, combining a groove on a pulley with segment шпонкой.
2. Clear a carving of a bolt of fastening of a pulley and grease with its means against unscrewing (Peugeot recommends use Loctite Frenetanche).
3. Screw up a bolt with a washer of fastening of a pulley.
4. Establish and adjust a tension auxiliary приводного a belt.
