Check
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Press a brake pedal some times at the idle engine to create in cavities of the vacuum amplifier identical pressure (close to atmospheric). |
| 2. Simultaneously on the effort put to a pedal, define, whether there is no jamming of the case of the valve. |
| 3. Stop a pedal of a brake in the middle of its course and start the engine. At the serviceable vacuum amplifier the pedal of a brake after engine start-up should leave forward. If the pedal does not leave forward, check up fastening of a tip of a hose, a condition of fastening of a flange of a tip in the amplifier, a hose and union condition. |
| 4. On cars with diesel engines check up also working capacity of the vacuum pump. |

Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the main brake cylinder. |
| 2. Ослабьте a collar also disconnect a vacuum hose from the unilateral valve of the vacuum amplifier of brakes. In car salon uncover boxes with fuses. |
| 3. Disconnect an electric socket from key колодки, unscrew screws of fastening and remove the bottom furnish of the panel of devices. Remove скобу fastenings and take a pin with a head and an aperture under шплинт, крепящий a pusher of a pedal of a brake to the vacuum amplifier of brakes. |
| 4. Unscrew nuts, крепящие the vacuum amplifier to a partition of a motor compartment, take it. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Before installation of the vacuum amplifier measure distance from the end of a pusher of the vacuum amplifier to an interfaced surface of the main brake cylinder which should make 22,30,1 mm. |
| 2. Be convinced that the lining is correctly established on a back part of the vacuum amplifier, then establish the vacuum amplifier in a motor compartment. |
| 3. Check up that the pusher is correctly combined with a brake pedal, then screw nuts of fastening of the vacuum amplifier and tighten their demanded moment. |
| 4. Combine a pedal with a pusher, insert a pin with a head and an aperture under шплинт and fix скобами fastenings. Establish the bottom furnish of the panel of devices. |
| 5. Connect a vacuum hose to the unilateral valve and fix a collar. |
| 6. Establish the main brake cylinder and remove air from brake system. |
