Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a brake drum.
2. Using a G-shaped clip, press a brake hose in a place closest to the working brake cylinder.
3. Using flat-nose pliers, remove the top spring compressing brake колодки. Remove the top ends brake колодок from pistons of the working brake cylinder.
4. Remove a dirt round a junction of a brake hose and a back part of the working brake cylinder.
5. Unscrew a connecting nut. Being careful, take a brake pipe from the working brake cylinder. Close its stoppers.
6. Unscrew 2 bolts of fastening of the working brake cylinder to a brake board. Being careful, remove the working brake cylinder.
7. If the brake cylinder has defects, it is necessary to replace it completely since separate parts for it are not delivered.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check up that interfaced surfaces on a brake board and the working brake cylinder the pure. Establish the brake cylinder into place.
2. Establish a brake pipe in the brake cylinder and on 2–3 turns screw a connecting nut.
3. Screw in 2 bolts of fastening of the working brake cylinder to a brake board and tighten their demanded moment. Definitively tighten a nut of fastening of a brake pipe to the working brake cylinder.
4. Remove a clip from a brake hose.
5. Establish the top parts brake колодок in grooves of the piston of the working brake cylinder. Establish the top returnable spring brake колодок.
6. Establish a brake drum.
7. Remove air from brake system.
