Engine start

For engine start put the gear change lever in position N or R.Nazhmite on a brake pedal at start of the engine and at inclusion of transfers.

Position of the lever of a gear change

It proves to be true index indications on the panel of devices.

Р – a parking. It is used simultaneously with a lay brake at car parking.

R – a backing. This transfer can be included only after a full stop of the car and at engine work idling.

N – neutral transfer. If at movement you have casually put the lever in position N before to include any forward transfer, pass to idling.

D – driving. In this position 4 transfers automatically join. The gear change moments get out depending on the set program.

3 – only 3 first transfers automatically join. This position is recommended in need of frequent switching with 3 on 4th transfers (driving on a city or twisting road).

2 or L – only 2 first transfers automatically join. This position is especially convenient at driving on mountain roads since allows to use to the full capacity of the engine at liftings and to carry out braking by the engine on descents.

1 – the first transfer is included only. It is used on steep slopes, in particular when the trailer is towed.

At each inclusion of ignition signalling devices S and * blink three times.

Inclusion of the first transfer is carried out from position L by pressing the switch 1.

To find a way out 1, press again the switch 1 or move the gear change handle.

Work programs

The transmission provides performance of 3 programs of work:

 – Automatic (normal);
 – The sports;
 – Driving on snow.

By unitary pressing buttons And or In programs "sports" or “driving on snow” accordingly join. The program choice proves to be true the index on the panel of devices. By new pressing buttons And or In there is a return to "the automatic" program.

The automatic (normal) program

The gear change occurs automatically depending on a number of parametres: style of driving, a road profile, car loading. The transmission continuously chooses that which is is best adapted for traffic conditions from the written down programs. Thus at moderate style of driving the program gets out, allowing to save fuel. At faster driving with intensive dispersals the transmission will choose more sports program with a gear change at higher turns of the engine. Switching on the higher or lowest transfers occurs on various modes depending on a road profile (horizontal, lifting) and car loadings.

The sports program

The sports program allows to use sports style of driving and provides faster dispersals.

The driving program on snow

In position D the driving program on snow which provides smooth driving on slippery roads for the purpose of improvement of coupling of wheels with road and controllability joins. The car begins movement on the second or third transfer depending on demanded effort for трогания with a place, and switching on the lowest transfers occurs at smaller turns of the engine.

In positions 3, 2 or L the transmission works as manual. In position 3 трогание from a place occurs on 3 transfer and this transfer remains included all time. In position 2 or L трогание from a place occurs on the second transfer and this transfer remains included.

Features of work

At long braking the transmission is automatically switched to the lowest transfer for more effective braking by the engine.

If the gas pedal (for example, on road you have seen any obstacle) is sharply released, the transmission is not switched to the higher transfer. It serves safety increase.

For the purpose of reduction of emission of toxic components the special program allowing to the engine faster to get warm to optimum temperature is used.

Switching on the lowest transfers

Quickly to receive the maximum acceleration at dispersal without touching the gear change lever, press against the stop a gas pedal. The transmission will automatically be switched to the lowest transfer or will choose that transfer at which the engine develops the maximum capacity.
The prevention

Any malfunctions in system are accompanied by a simultaneous blinking on the panel of devices of indicators S and *. Thus it is possible to feel appreciable blow at reverse gear inclusion (it does not threaten with transmission breakage).

If idling turns are increased, the car can get under way from a place without pressing of a pedal of gas.

Do not press a gas pedal at transfer switching when the car is at a stop.

At a gear change the brake pedal should be pressed.

If the car is braked, do not press a gas pedal by the included transfer.

Be not switched to the lowest transfer for braking on slippery road.

Never put the gear change lever in position N, Р or R if the car still slides.

Suspension bracket with electronic control

The suspension bracket automatically and immediately adapts to various styles of driving and a road profile, providing the greatest comfort of passengers and stability of the car. Thus the suspension bracket time most part remains soft, however at rigid character of driving (sports driving, sharp turns, overtakings) it automatically becomes more rigid that allows the car to keep optimum stability.

To choose mode SPORT, press the switch 1. The light indicator Thus will light up. In this position of the switch the suspension bracket works in a sports mode. To return to an automatic operating mode, press once again the switch 1. The indicator will go out.

Malfunction is defined on a signalling device on the panel of devices. It lights up approximately for 3 seconds at each inclusion of ignition. At a signalling device blinking malfunction of system is possible.
